what will a 20 amp gfi braker trip at?
does a gfi 20 amp breaker trip at 20 or 16 amps
The breaker will trip at 20 amps. Unless you have a true ground fault, it will trip in one of two ways. The first way a dead short, or due to excess heat build up a 20 amp breaker can actually handle over 20 amps if the heat build up is very slow then it will trip.
