Siemens is the modern replacement brand for ITE breakers. Not sure what the current part numbers are though. Are you sure that this is a 2-pole breaker? A number of "2020", ''1520", or "1515" usually indicates a 'duplex' or 'tandem' breaker. This is 2 separate breakers that are in one 'normal' breaker case. This is not the same thing as a 2-pole breaker.
As to the "class CTL"...This means 'circuit limiting'. I won't get into the details of this here. It is not likely to be important in this case. Since you already have a Duplex breaker, the replacement will also fit.
Check with electrical suppliers and find one that deals in Siemens. They should be able to sell you the correct match.
