electricians, wtf is Kutler Hamler electrical?
i recently started working for an electrical contractor and he was having us install "kutler hamler" load centers and disconnects. on most of the items it simply has a large KH screen printed directly onto the metal and they appear cheaply made. has anyone ever heard of the kutler hamler corporation before? i am not confusing this with Cutler Hammer, it actually says kutler hamler on it.
Kutler Hamler sounds like a jap rip off product, in my 26 yrs and the last 10 minutes looking on the net for it with NO results you may want to contact your local inspection department or Electrical board, are they UL or ETL approved, I know a lot of company owners are cheap but thats no reason to put someones life in danger.
