How do I connect this cable to this transformer? I need serious detail because Im electrically stupid.?

I cut the ends of the cable to expose the wire like they say to do. I have the light lined up in series. (Lite-Lite-Lite-Trans). Now how do I connect it to the transformer?
Looks like your cable goes to terminal A and B. Take your wire, and separate two wires. Strip the insulation as indicated in the manual, and place it under A and B terminals, then tighten.
Then, you take the wire and hook up your lights to both side of the wires. All of your lights will connect to the wire in parallel, not serial.
You might want to take it to the place you bought it from and have someone show you. It's an easy process but very difficult for me to explain by just words, especially I don't know your level of competency.
